Within Reach

Hello! I’m Gemma. I’ve been working with and for voluntary and community organisations for the past 25 years, mostly on fundraising, organisational development, project management and planning. Within Reach is my freelance project, working flexibly with groups, boards, founders, managers and teams to help you talk things through, get things done, and run things smoothly.

The work that I do is mostly quiet and in the background, supporting groups to run things effectively and raise enough money to help change things for the better.
