I can work with you to plan and facilitate away days, talk through objectives, write up strategies, create risk assessments and develop organisational action plans.
Governance
Is your governing document working for you? Are you thinking of setting up some committees? I work with boards and senior teams to review constitutions, refine governance processes and help you run your board meetings and AGMs effectively. I can and provide support and training to trustees.
Need someone to take minutes and keep track of actions? I offer affordable, confidential secretariat services to help you stay on track.
Fundraising
Do you need help with the practical side of funding research and bid-writing? Would it be helpful to have a confidential space to review and discuss your work? I offer fundraising support to help you identify potential grant funders, build pipeline and write high quality funding bids.
If you’re in charge of fundraising at your organisation, officially or unofficially, and would like some training, resources or mentoring support then I’d be happy to help.
Operations
Time for a policy review? Support to develop your ongoing operations and organisational machinery, including reviewing and updating policies and procedures, help to implement quality assurance schemes, and project planning.
I also offer hands-on help with project planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation so you can understand and demonstrate your impact, adapt your programmes, and keep your team and service users informed of progress.
